Alright, would you please help me understand this ?
When Apple or Samsung try to do/come with some useless/bad features every tech reviewer is drooling in front of their devices, but when its other companies (specially LG) try to do same you just spitt on them and point how useless they are ?! Why such hate ? It amazes me how everyone is saying how LG's phones are bad while they are not, for sure they have things to improve like every other phone maker. I still like this dual screen, its so useful at least for me, i would pick this rather than a galaxy fold or mate x.

I've been looking for a phone to upgrade to and I've pretty much sold on the G8X. I've watched countless reviews and this is the only one where I felt the reviewer was being completely bias. In my opinion, dual screens is the most practical way of achieving a foldable phone right now. On top of that you have the option to not even use the second screen if you don't need it. LG has been trying new things for years but never seen to get any accolades for at least attempting something new. If Samsung or Apple did this everyone would be shouting from the mountain tops on how innovative and creative this is.

I like the design, the camera doesn't stick out, it's smooth, and I bet it's price & specs are much better than other phones. Plus music & head phone jack? Oh yeah and a second screen just in case... Sounds & looks good to me!

It's not bad I could possibly live with the bulk depending on the price. The deal-killer might be the single 4000 mAh battery to power the two screens.

I cannot believe the tone and disrespect lg gets.
Dull, boring, uh iPhone xs, samsung note 10, s1o, lg g8 was anything but boring.

Mentions only 2 rear cameras, iPhone xs, xr, se, don't get those comments and than when lg first bought dual front and dual and triple rear cameras to phones, they are laughed at like thats not needed.

Samsung can sell a $2500 fragile folding phone that breaks in a reviewers hand yet its just as thick and its never called wacky.

Please reviewers either be as tough on other name brands in previews or reviews or simply state your apple samsung google bias upfront.

did not even mention quad dac, sd card flush cameras, upgraded from 6.1" to 6.4"

and the reason the notch is on both screens is because they are from the same production line.
lg was first with the notch on the lg v1o and v20 dual front cameras so they have nothing to apologize for.

After watching couple of Alex Dobie's previous reviews on LG I can't understand why he keeps on slamming LG's effort to separate themself to the competition offering unique features. Why not just give credit where the credit is due? I like android central but for Alex I dunno.
