Which Artifacts are WORTH KEEPING? - Genshin Impact Artifact Guide Explained

My thought process on how to decide which Artifacts to keep. This is honestly mostly rooted in personal preferences but there are a couple things that you should definitely think about when deciding.

I think a good habbit is to equip as many characters that you have with artifacts, before starting to fuel most of them. I mean, you have many characters you didnt start leveling up, but you have a good amount of different artifacts from farming, just put em on the characters that will benefit most from them, especially 5* ones, like, you can look at an artifact that rolled 2x def, or 2x hp, when farming for your dps character you use right now, and think its garbo, but another character can take great advantage of it in the future when you start lvling em up, like Noelle that scales off def etc. So when you start working on those chars, you have at least some good artifacts on them, maybe great and keepers, or maybe just placeholders that you replace later, but at least you have a good foundation :)

Issue is I have a large amount of artifact with good substates so I'm scared to use them for Leveling my other artifact. Wish mihoyo increase the cap of artifact you can carry.

I have the issue of hitting max capacity every day and my inventory being full of 4 star and 5 star ones. The thing is, even artifacts that don't seem good at first glance, like HP% mainstat on offensive substats could be a god rolled artefact on a char like Hu Tao. There are a bunch of chars that scale with defense, HP or even recharge rate and we won't know what other chars with their own specific stat needs will come in the future. Also, there has been rumors about the ability to be able to rank up artifacts in the future, so you can make for example a 4 star pyro witch goblet into a 5 star one.
Considering all of those things, I really want to keep as many artfeacts as possible and it feels really bad being forced to get rid of a couple each day in order to be able to farm ascension materials or do the weekly bosses.
I don't know what to do about this :<
