In this video, I talked about using mindful breathing (or slow breathing) to manage chronic pain. I also talked about how you can lean into a negative emotion when you experience chronic pain. Then, after leaning into this feeling, you can slowly shift into attending to how you feel in your body as you breathe. As you practice this, you will slowly reduce feelings of pain.
