For years I had joint pain on the right side of my body—shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, hip, knee, ankle, and toes. Getting up in the morning was excruciating. After going ketovore, I noticed my joint pain subsiding after a few weeks and now, 14 months later, I’m joint pain free, aside from an occasional twinge. Also, I’ve not had a migraine in over a year.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, CFS and had chronic (16 to 22) migraines a month. This was from 2007 to 2019. I thought I was eating healthy but I wasn't. Pain was severe and coupled with the fatigue and brain fog, I ended up a couch potato and was slowly wasting away. The VA would only give me pain meds and other crap that didn't work. I started researching on my own in 2019 and found several Doctors like Ken Berry and others and learned about IR, IF, Keto diet and the effects of high carbs. Since Nov 2019 I started Keto with IF and Bi-Monthly fasts. I have lost 65 pounds, have no joint or muscle pain, no brain fog, reduced my migraines down to 2 or 3 a month and reducing that even further. I have incredible energy now, working out at the gym three times a week and martial arts and I am also back at work. Not bad for a 72 year old!

The reduction in inflammation with keto/carnivore eliminated my back pain, knee pain, foot pain and asthma. And I’ve lost 106 lbs in 9 1/2 months. It’s saving my life.

My husband has been living with pain for years especially in his back and knees. Lately, he has been feeling stronger and losing fat since I started basing all his at-home meals with meat or eggs and he is running around the place, I can't get him to slow down now! It's life changing.

3 years ago I was literally stuck in my bedroom. I could barely walk due to severe RA. I started keto 18 months ago and carnivore 8 months ago and I can walk everywhere, run, okay with my kids and I’m off of all my immunosuppressive meds for RA. I have never felt better! Thanks Dr. B ❤️

20 yrs of pain so bad I've just kept to myself. Doctors and people who haven't ever experienced long term off the charts pain have no fuking idea!!! Double Whammy: multiple injuries from auto accident then moved into a home next door to a toxic nightmare. I developed multiple co infections and Hep A. My legs and whole body swelled up causing unbearable pain and having to hold onto the kitchen counter to prepare food etc.
I did use tramadol for a few years to function. Then used Kratom. Wild lettuce also works. Doctors love to push injections that don't work and causes more problems. Learned Healthy Keto 5 yrs ago. Its a slow worthwhile process that helps everything! Definitely feel pain when I eat wrong!! Mega doses of D3 really helps inflammation! You'd be surprised how much fixing your gut microbome helps pain!!
It's a beautiful feeling to not be in pain finally!! Intermittent fasting heals scar tissue!!

I am a music teacher and play the piano several hours a day every day. After almost 25 years, I was dealing with chronic pain in my fingers, especially the knuckles on my right hand. I was to the point that I was taking Mortin and Tylenol multiple times a day just to somewhat manage the pain and stiffness.

I started Keto for another reason 3 months ago and as a bonus, I am 100% pain free. I haven't taken a pain medication since the beginning of the school year and I feel absolutely fantastic.

This video is spot on and I would never have believed it if I didn't experience it myself.

I've had back problems since I was 15, now clocking in at 57.5. I was left with chronic pain and partial paralysis of the leg leg when the local hospital didn't operate on a prolapsed disc in 2000. My GP suspects chronic arachnoiditis as I show the symptoms, and have had three operations between years 20 and 35. Mid last year I was down to 20 minutes on my feet every third day and my GP suggested I try a low carb/keto diet. I was at the point where I had nothing to lose.

I transitioned over 8 days to a keto diet with carbs kept under 15g a day. The transition was easy because I was used to natural foods, having very few processed foods in my diet, and often going long periods without eating. It took a couple of weeks for the change in diet to show it's benefits. This has been life changing. I can now spend many hours on my feet each day. The underlying problem is not fixed and I still fall over every now and then when the control lines go out but I am at a stage where I have a life again rather than he mere existence I was reduced to.

Interesting you mentioning the nerve growth as just recently I've noticed feeling and where I've been numb and control of some leg muscles that I haven't had access to since 2000. Very interesting times for me. It has been difficult finding dietary information for this purpose rather than weight reduction.

Chronic pain since early 2010's, first attributed to gluten intolerance, resolved about 90 when I went gluten free. Then the gluten free substitute "foods" became more available and in 2015 pain returned worse than before and more systemic. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. Finally retired from nursing in 2019. In 2020 was introduced to a ketogenic lifestyle by my daughter, lost 44 lbs and have had 75% resolution of pain! I'm able to spend more time with my grandchildren, ride my motorcycle, sleep better, exercise (walking and yoga!). Truly life changing!

Woke up every day with body pain all over . After 3 months I forgot about how much pain I was in. It doesn’t happen overnight. But, if you stick to it, you will feel better. My mood and energy definitely changed too. Only positive changes.

45 yrs old and had my first baby at 17. 3 full term births and years of stress, poor diet, wacky diet trends and an autoimmune disease, took it's toll on my body. Keto for 7 months and carnivore for now almost 30 days and I'm in disbelief with how my body has responded. I feel physically strong and pain free for the first time in almost ten years. Eating this way has also helped me take back my mental health. The pain from my anxiety and depression is slowly disappearing. I will never again go back to a SAD diet.

A month ago when your message was about knee pain, I commented that I'm a 72 yrs.old woman enjoying zero joint pain from a keto diet. More remarkable is this fact: I suffered spinal cord injury from transverse myelitis almost five years ago. Nothing could alleviate the excruciating pain for me, initially, and then later with a flare. My first hospital treatment was steroids which interrupted the damage. The flare occurred a year a half later when I was temporarily living with family whose diet was 95% carbohydrates. I was following a Biblical instruction to "eat what is set before you", but to my extreme health disadvantage. Jumping ahead to now (and yes! I am able to jump once again), I have recovered quite a bit more function and, SIGNIFICANTLY, I LIVE PAIN FREE. No excruciating nerve pain, thank God!

I was shopping for a cane as my knees and back just plain hurt. I was fat, sick, and miserable. My sex life was gone. Doctors were a waste of time. I tried low carb but not high fat. I watched Jason fung, drs. Berg, berry, Eckberg, and kait. I learned about insulin resistance. I mixed omad and carnivore. I’ve lost 88 pounds in 9 months with meat, eggs, goat cheese, and nuts. Black coffee with cream and water. Thank you great doctors.

I’m 72 and in August 2019 I started Keto and my osteoarthritis has improved so much! In fact today I painted a ceiling and two years ago I wouldn’t have been able to do it without days of pain down my spine

A huge decrease in my muscle and joint pain was the first thing I noticed after I stopped eating seed oils, grains, and sugars. It is wonderful to be able to walk without pain anymore! After five days, I felt so much better! Then, came the weight loss. One-third of my body weight - it was mostly inflammation!

I’ve been installing carpet for 26 years and it takes a toll on your body. I was 235 pounds and had all sorts of ailments following a S.A.D. diet to the point I didn’t know if I’d be able to continue a physical job. July of 2018 I quit drinking alcohol, went on a keto diet and started intermittentl fasting. I dropped 50 lbs in 8 months and felt amazingly better! My brain fog also lifted which was unexpected. Nowadays I follow mostly a carnivore diet with a few other foods thrown in on occasion in small amounts. Now at 45 years old my aches and pains are pretty much nonexistent. I’ve also started to build lean muscle and have never been more lean. Thanks Dr. Berry and to Dr. Sten Ekberg who have helped me along the way.

After 25 years of suffering, I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I remember laying in bed in the fetal position just aching. No pill took the pain away. I had bottles of ibuprofen and naproxen. But on bad days even that didn’t work. Nothing worked. I hurt all the time. I work hard, and I would come home and just go to bed and hurt! I ate Keto for two years and now have enjoyed being carnivore for one year and the Fibromyalgia is gone! I don’t hurt at all I haven’t had an ibuprofen in two years!

At 50 my knees were really bad. I thought that I would need them replaced. But now after 3 years of KETO carnivore all of my joints feel like rubber. No pain at all and tons of energy and strength. I'm over 60 no meds, and I ride dirt bikes, sea kayak, paddle board, and ride bikes. I feel like I'm 30. I am very low carb. And OMAD or two meals. I have not lost any mental capacity either.

I was an athlete is my younger years. Abused my body being a figure skater, Track and Field athlete, and gymnast. I have had surgeries on both ankles and rotator cuff surgery. I had back and neck pain as well. I was having weekly massage appointments to help me deal with the pain. I have been Keto/carnivore for 11 months. I no longer have any chronic pain. I no longer need weekly massage appointments. I no longer take ibuprofen just to fall asleep. I am thankful to be 50 and feel better than I did at 40.
