Great points Jeff thanks, l actually try to use all of these, l would only point out about the just getting more sleep part. If your anxiety is causing insomnia than you don't get more sleep and it's just becomes a vicious cycle

I appreciate the video. The you're able, can you do a video on remaining firm? Some say if you're too aggressive, you're in your emotions (feminine) but if you're too passive, it's also not good either. What is good advice on this especially directed in the work environment and making business decisions? As a Black male I often find myself having to explain myself, being second guessed, or asked to demonstrate my competence on more than one occasion, often by the same people and it grows frustrating.
