Russia-Ukraine peace talks meet skepticism as Moscow continues strikes near Kyiv

Russia says it's scaling back military operations in Kyiv, but that is being met with skepticism as fighting rages elsewhere. CBS News has learned U.S. officials believe Russian President Vladimir Putin may be getting misinformed about the performance of his military.
