Large Hornet Nest of Angry Bald Faced Hornets Being Removed From Homeowners Soffit

Pest Protection Plus Inc.'s technician removed this large nest of bald faced hornets from the under side of the soffit. The nest was foamed and removed from the site.

Wasps feel every vibration and are very aggressive when there is a threat to the nest! The nest had to be foamed closed to keep the hornet from swarming the technician. After the removal a residual chemical was applied to eliminate any other wasps coming back to the nest.

Bald face hornets are very common around Toronto and the GTA. We are able to treat both exterior and interior nests.

I m about to tackle this same job but I'm going to do it the old fashion way. Smack the basket ball with a club, jump of the ladder and run like lightning! No pool to jump in so have to use the neighbors. LOL !

These Are Actually Paper Wasps, Their Nests Are Very Similar To A Hornets, But You Won’t Have To Worry Half As Much
