In dec, 2700 debited from my Axis bank in the name of consolidated charges, when i'm going through detailed statement then i found the unnecessary charges as there was no text message for this deduction.
I immediately went to branch and strictly asked to for the reason. They refund me around 1700. This incident shows how banks are looting without leting customer know.

Kotak Mahindra bank called me saying that you have been issued lifetime free credit card without any charges. I knew something was wrong and immediately refused to accept that card. This scam needs to stop

Mene account open karte waqt 0 balance account khulwaya tha but to bhi mere account se charges Kate, puchne par bolte hai ki nahi ye normal account hai jisme minimum balance maintain karna padta hai jabki account opening ke time pe clearly bataya tha ki zero balance account hai . manager ko complaint ki to wo bhi rudely bolta hai ki maintain Karo fir balance, wo employee bhi apni galti man nahi Rahi bolti mene form ke top me nahi likha ki zero balance account hai, jabki Open karte waqt usne clearly bola tha ki it is zero balance account (canara bank)
Application daal ke, customer care ko call karke, banking ombudsman maie complaint kia to bhi no response

Sir axisbank ne bhi aisa hi kuch kiya hai mere sath.
Mere normal saving joint account ko Privilege account mein convert karke 700 qtrly deduction 4 times kiya. Aur meri galti bata rahe hain.
