You could also use avocado as an alternative to banana, a half would do to thicken the smoothie, specially if you make a green smoothie

Smoothies every day for me, thanks. I'm one of the people who don't like banana and I freeze baked (white) sweet potato to use instead as it adds a sweetness, an almost vanilla taste, and satiety.

Smoothie bowl all the way, I think psychologically it fills me up more if it’s in a bowl with a spoon, and I think the different toppings just make it the elite option😂

I’m both! I like smoothies for convenience but with being home all the time now smoothie bowls are nice and having the toppings can be fun!

Smoothies but thick enough to eat with a spoon from the glass. My favourite smoothie right now is: one frozen banana, half a frozen avocado, cinnamon, almond milk and a scoop of switch nutrition peppermint chocolate flavour. I do also like the vivo life perform salted caramel protein too. I don't eat them for breakfast but find them quite convient and easy on the digestive system as a meal to have before intense exercise like a long run or martial art training. 😊p.s. your videos are always so aesthetic 👌

My kids love making smoothie bowls. They use less liquid and like "decorating" the top with all sorts, flax, chocolate chips, sliced fruit etc. We also tend to drop in/open up supplements as some of us can't swallow them and it easy to hide the taste too! Thanks for great smoothie ideas.

I’m definitely a smoothie bowl person, I love having lots of granola and peanut butter on top otherwise I just want a snack straight after, but I definitely want to try more smoothies! My usual smoothie bowl is frozen banana, frozen cherries, lots of cocoa powder, and a splash of soya milk. If I’m making that as a smoothie I add two big spoonfuls of peanut butter, a couple of dates, a tbsp of chia seeds, a few heaped spoonfuls of hemp hearts, a handful of oats, and much more soya milk, sometimes some frozen spinach if I feel like it. I’ve got some pineapple in my freezer that I need to use up so will definitely try that last one, I’m always scared to try new recipes in case it isn’t as good as my usual but these all sound delicious!
