Only chiro I know of that takes the time, with the expertise, to relax muscles prior to adjustments. A lot of respect for his technique and discipline.

The amount of money I’d pay to get a session like this from Dr. Russ is outrageous

This guy is BRILLIANT! His relaxed demeanor sort of hides (or comes from?) his efficiency. Care looks comprehensive and considerate. This is really impressive.

this is so calming, i’m finding myself falling asleep! wow i am so glad i found this channel—i love how he’s explaining everything and it’s nice to see him massage the patients before… instead of just popping and moving their bones and joints

I also like that there are no forceful or aggressive movements in this technique, contrasting high velocity chiropractic approach.

Great explanations with anatomical reference points and therapeutic massage technique. I found the synchronized breathing and fascia release movements very soothing. Thank you!

This was extremely relaxing. I miss being able to have adjustments done. I separated some vertebrae in my neck a number of years ago and am quite frankly pretty nervous about it. This is definitely the next best thing. Thank you

Thanks so much. I did a little on myself I’ve been so miserable. Noticed such a difference right away—even though I know I’m not skilled like you I’m appreciative. ❤

Hell yeah, this is awesome!!! I learned these intra-oral techniques in a Neuromuscular Therapy seminar I took for the cervical region, but I’ve never really used them. I work in a spa, but also with a PT who is an acupuncturist as well. I could probably start doing it there, since I still have the course manual. This is super relaxing as always!! Thank you for this! It’s good to see it.
