Was doing head movements the other day and coach comes up to me with some excellent advice. He said "don't be so weird bro ". THANKS COACH!

“Whoa I slipped a punch!” That’s exactly what I would think in that moment… lol

All this time, I've overlooked one of the biggest fundamentals. How to move one the heaviest parts of the body. Thanks, Shane.

Thanks for the tips. I watch a lot of Mike Tyson fights and study his movements. This video was also a great help.

I’ve been working on slips and this seems weirdly well timed. Great work as always

Those Otomix shoes are a dope blast from the past. My dad always had those when he was teaching

This was great. Even after all these years I couldn't get how to slip well! This was a great demonstration of how to correctly support slips.

💯 so true🤌

The importance of stepping when moving your head is so important, it allows you to actually get off line, it’s much harder to hit an opponent moving their head AND their feet, as opposed to trying to hit a stationary person just bobbing and weaving.
I try to keep it in my head to never slip, or roll more than two punches without moving my feet. (Stepping, pivoting, shifting ect)

Thanks for the content champ 👊🙏🔥

I tend to lean back a lot when punches are thrown at me, and then I feel stuck, and then I started putting my foot back there, and I’ve already seen so much progress, Ty man.

This is key!
I have been noticing, I cant lean and shift like I used to naturally when I was younger.
Im so slow comparatively but it makes sense because I dont actually train.

Now thinking about actually finding time to hone stuff, this is a great tip!

I have to add cuz my man you been helping people. those steps that you put in your head movement to assist it can also manipulate distance, you can see the very best do it. it's gonna consume stamina but you gonna be like a spring every miss shots you gonna make them pay. no don't throw wide shots just quick taps so you can get out... their momentum is gonna make those shots 3x harder and if you just sparring just tap them it's enough... but if you really fighting let them have it. jolt them but make sure you get out and reposition yourself... they gonna be open and you are free to unload.

I really like this new form you've got.
Like you went from master fighter and good coach to master coach
