This is so easy solved.1 in order for a person to fly there drones you must a special permit from the faa to fly it in restricted area's 2normal people dont fly drines at night when they know they have to go to work thats an immature person.you think a normal person will be flying a drone 11:00, 12:00, 1:00, 3:00 at night?um no why becasue they have bills to pay they have time for stupid stuff like that.the people who fly plans or drones like that at night are law enforcement, the military or Airforce, or fbi, cia.me i just toy with them.some are plane drones they look like little planes but are really drones.also some of those light are very small helicopter thats able shine a light to mimick a star some are dronea to that mimick stars.think about all that cost money to do.but you use less money with drones

In the RC flying community, there are alot of new "nighttime" flying products. We're talking drones and model airplanes with lights, LED lit bodies, wings, etc. 
Maybe this is just some night flyer having fun? Then again, if it's flying super fast and super far...it's probably not a hobbyist.

When I was skating with my friends at night (I’m not gonna say details) we were going to this school to go skate and we start look up seeing these lights in a shape of a blimp I thought nothing of it then there was a bright star and we were looking at it for hours wondering what it was it was glowing and it started to jolt like slow then fast we were scared cause after that drone was out there we saw six more on our way back home scary stuff
