As an Italian, this gets a 9.5, bravo! No cream, no oil, just 6 ingredients, that's exactly how carbonara is supposed to be. Only docking half a point because a good red wine would have been a better pairing, but that cocktail looks delish, so I won't be too harsh 🤓
