What is the biggest chance you've ever taken on food that was left out?

I get food poisoning from other people cooking my food. I’ve never once gotten it from myself leaving something out longer than you’re supposed to. It makes me wonder what they did or how long the food I have gotten sick from is sitting out.

Currently typing this while I’m shitting water on the toilet. Food poisoning is a joke right?
Mhm. Having to throw up, dry heave air, have a fever, and dehydrate is fun.

I ate chicken that was left in warm bag of clothing for over a day. Got terrible diarrhea and nausea just 3 hours later ( probably staph aureus) but felt just fine the next day after having god awful night of sleep😂😂

Luckily at 15 years old the worst thing close to food poisoning was vomiting after drinking 15 beers at a party.

One time I had, drum role please…. Taco Bell for dinner and I ate all of it right before going to bed. (It was a meat taco😭) I woke up around 1-2am and was like, oh crap, I’m gonna throw up my guts in 20 seconds. I ran downstairs and barely made it to the toilet. 😭 I threw up like 5 times that night. I never ate a meat taco from Taco Bell again 💀

I've had salmonella and chlorine poisoning from a pool and I can say that the chlorine poisoning was way worse

Today I made tamales that were made 11/15/2015. Didnt look at the date till my wife said the chicken. Tasted funny. We self vomited that chit up. We will find out if we have food poisoning soon.

I straight up became infected with salmonella for the first time after buying a fresh cut of salmon from Hannafords.... generally a very clean place. Crazy seeing as they have "salmon" in their spelling. I was so dehydrated from being unable to keep any fluids down, I was brought to the ER. Never eating salmon again. 😒

“I think the the FDA’s regulations for eating unsafe food are a little ridiculous” so eating Raw Oysters are ridiculous? Never had Food poisoning and I hope I never get it but can’t promise that for sure. But I know for sure it must be painful.

Ah hell! I've seen a man eat a 2 day old roadkill squirrel with some bumblees and he was fine.. I guess he was, haven't seen him since though.

So not so long ago I was on vacation in Grenada and staying at the Royalton hotel. I ordered some room service food which gave me food poisoning. My dad gave me some charcoal pills, but that only made things worse. I then drank some tea, but that also made things worse. Before long I couldn’t get out of bed at all and so my mom gave me some pink stomach pills to take while she and my dad went to dinner. Those pills didn’t work either, and I ended up disgorging pink mush. The next day I was better, but I felt really dizzy standing up and was constantly getting tired. We haven’t taken any legal action or complained to the hotel staff, but if you guys are planning to visit Grenada and stay at the Royalton Hotel, I would for sure let them know about the food because if this food poisoning happened to me it might happen to others too.
