I currently have food poisoning rn and I’m forced to dehydrate myself because if I drink anything I will vomit that shit out.

TIPS FOR FOOD POISON: eat dry food slowly like bread, or banana’s. Drink small sips of fruit juice, water, or soda to keep you hydrated! ❤

I drank the blueberry flavored gatorade at a park. My eye sight started to become blurry and I suddenly started to feel dizzy so then I didnt tell my parents about it but we were on a walk until I started to faint on my mom and I said this, “Mama I feel so dizzy.” So she took me to the car and gave me some water cause I was trying to breath and told my mom if she had an inhaler but she didn’t. It was the scariest experience ever. 😰 Never drinking Gatorade again.

some tips for the people who have food poisoning right now..

-when drinking water only have a small sip, otherwise you'll vomit!

-try to slowly eat plain food.. such as having a small bite of white toast or a little bite of a cracker.

-Once you are able to consume food like crackers without vomiting, try eating a bit more like three small bites instead of one!

Don’t go to Safeway is what I wished I knew before.
I don’t know if it’s just the Donuts or it’s more than just that but my Brother gave his Daughters Donuts from Safeway and they all got sick.

‼️ I have food poisoning rn and I am super thirsty, holding my drink in temptation to drink! Do I have to wait 15 between sipping water or can I just keep on sipping or drinking my water. I was sick earlier and vomited all of my water up that I had drank at once which wasn’t great so I probably won’t do that again…
