maybe council tax should go off the size of the family and not the size of the house, also churches mosqus and any religious groups should pay it because its not about religion it is about paying for your bins, police, benefits etcetera no one should be exempt, council tax needs to be brought down for the poeple that pay it.

The German pension is 26K the french pension is 24K the 5th richest country and the UK gets 8K. Why are we getting ripped off for over 20K a Mind this should only be for a lifetimes work and taxes. Not immigrants or we will get another 6 million

What's wrong with a mansion tax if it's a reasonable amount. As far as less pension money for those making over $50, 000 ; someone has to pay for people living years longer and the new people are expensive to coddle.

Mansion tax? Green Tax? Pension taxes? Time for the UK to start using an American idiom. "No taxation without representation." It would ironic for the UK to use this expression since it was often used before and during the American Revolution of Independence. Time for a UK Revolution of Independence.
Keep an eye on how those polititions spend that money. Expect malfeasance in the process.

2 or 3 mnths. ago I saw a letter some lassie put on Facebook from the Dept, that administers our State Pension fund that we have been paying into all our working lifes, confirming that it was being used to pay of the NATIONAL DEBT. I have been trying to find it, so I can share it with everyone, as I certainly never gave my permission for it to be used like this, and I, m curious to find out how long Gov. been doing this with our money.

It appears the Conservative Party is Conservative In Name Only. In the USA, Trump lowered individual income taxes and corporate taxes and - as a result - business boomed, incomes rose, jobs were created, and unemployment went down.

I had my engine blow up on the M62 just as the smart motorway starts near junction 30 and where the M1 meets. There was 4 lanes and I was in the 3rd to the right. I put my hazards on and then I got smashed into because I couldn't move and someone evidently didn't realise what'd happened. But it was like an episode of bumping cars.


I had my car wrote off but luckily nobody else was in my car because it was crushed at the back. I went to hospital but it was abit traumatic. There was no chance I could get out as cars were passing either side of me.
