We have paid every bill on time with AT&T for 15 years and in return I have gotten over 1125 phone calls to my small business from AT&T claiming they can switch my account around to save me money. The savings is not true and it is harassment for people who pay their bills. I have repeatedly asked AT&T to stop calling my business over 800 times and they will not stop calling. For those of you starting a new business you need to be aware of this staggering amount of phone calls you will have to deal with ....at least one call every two days from AT&T and sometimes two times a day. How does that sound to you? Are you OK with that?

There are 250 working days in a year. If we get one call every 2 days, that’s 1, 875 calls over 15 years. About half the time we ask that they never call back and about half the time we just hang up.
This has caused considerable stress and argument between myself and my business partner, disagreeing that the constant interruption is hurting our production, as we do highly technical and artistic problem solving in groups, we need a clear uninterrupted time to reach conclusions to proceed forward.

I am of the opinion that AT&T owes our business money for the times they interrupt....asking us to stop what we are doing and instead talk to them.
