Cattaraugus County has the most corrupt county court in the state of New York. in one case that occurred in 2017 one of the jurors was dead in SINCE 2010 and 58% of the jury were local government employees. The judge would even appoint a county employee the jury foreperson over the case in which a victim of the corruption was set up on a bogus charge and almost murdered in the process.
