Thank you for the session. Just one observation, the facial nerve comes out of the stylomastoid foramen, not the jugular, and the abducens nerve goes to the orbit through the superior orbital fissure, not through the jugular foramen.

As someone who use to suffer from hiatal hernia and swallowing issues, I love the diaphragm parts of the video . My chiropractor did Similar techniques to me, and techniques I found online are the reason I don’t have a problem with either issue anymore
