Don't you need to do sinus lift on the upper for many patients unlike all on 4? I was told I would need a sinus lift for upper back implants, and that it was an extreme lift that may not be possible. And what about stability and longevity? With no bar to support them, will they hold up with no implants underneath the 'middle' teeth on the bridge? I'm interested but feel like I would not qualify for this. It does look more natural and I don't want a big piece of acrylic in my mouth thats hard to clean with all on 4.

I live in Cali. I would have to take time off of work. How long does the procedure normally take?Are you open on weekends? All of my upper bridges have failed (3), only thing holding them in place is a partial plate, and paste. I've been doing this for 5 years now! I'm tired of this, I was known to always have a big smile on my face. Ive missed that big smile a lot!

Im curious of how you get back the lost volume from the bone shrinking when your removed your teeth Horizontally. Do these sit in front of your gums?

I wished and wished for my 2 front teeth for christmas but unfortunately I lost both my jobs back In March and what I did have saved went to Bill's and food now just recently was denied for unemployment didnt make enough wages per quarter here in wisconsin if only I could find a dentist whom could help me in some way or help find me a grant or a possible way I could by the grace of god get these done I am 36 I have many opportunities awaiting for me but not being able to smile holds me back its embarrassing and ppl can be so cruel and judgmental then wondering y some of us dont have any confidence left. I've been hurt deep especially when my 2 young kids say the feel they need to ask me everyday "mom r u mad" ...ah No y do u ask well because u never smile so u always look like ur mad. It affects them in ways I never realized till recently it's so sad but being a single mom no extra cash on state insurance that dont cover anything such as implants even tho keeping a healthy mouth is a health concern that is growing more than ever in such a bad way it makes no sense. And 1 thing my 10 yr old daughter asked for christmas in which I cant even bring myself to give her making me feel so low is a family picture.... but if u only understood where I'm coming from then maybe u would understand anyways if anyone may have any advice for me or know how and or where I could try for help please let me know I'd try for credit but....can my credit is too low to get any and if I don't get this taken care of asap I'm going to end up losing all my teeth that I have left that is. Please god send me a miracle

I can only dream, as I live in Rome NY. Maybe some day soon you and others will branch out to the east coast. This seems to good to be true. I need to do this and the dentist I went to see told me 20, 000.00 just for the top. I have sinius problems. I think regular dentures would make it awful to live with. But this is the story of my and so many others. I have obligations that keep me grounded here. So please think of branching out east. Thank you.
