I was born raised in Georgia, Helen is my favorite place. I will be 63 Saturday God willing been visiting Helen since I was 18. Always rent a house or cabin from Tangle wood. Stop down at International cafe sit on the porch by the river and have a camel rider a wonderful sandwich. Slice of Helen has great pizza. So beautiful a place

I'm 72 and grew up in N. GA. I remember when Helen was just a speck on the map. My Dad and I trout fished in Helen when I was a kid. Now it is a vibrant City.

Nice video. I spent my honeymoon in Northern Georgia. This brings back good memories. My husband really likes Paul’s Steak house. We are hoping to return in 2024. There are many cabins that can be rented in this area and they are very dog friendly. The wineries and the trails are great. One more tip…Spring is beautiful in the North Georgia Mountains.
