I have a question for you. Please help me.. lol I use a Canon VIXIA HFM 40 for video. It records in AVCHD and man, the files are huge and I edit in Sony Vegas and it's hard to edit due to hick uping. I've tried the proxy files in Vegas and that takes forever. I also have FXPX on my Mac. Is there a better way to get the files to work better? I've been trial and erroring for over 3 days and it's seeming impossible to edit my footage without all the delays. Anything you recommend? I can change the bitrate on this camera down to 7Mbs. I hope I am using the right terminology.. lol But this is one video container That's tough. I tried HandBrake and it's not working either. Thanks Chief. I learned a lot from you. Keep up the fantastic work.

I have Zoom H-1, am very pleased with how it records sound.  I want to put songs and stories on Youtube--audio files with maybe just pictures or text explanations of the music and sound.  What do I need to do with the WAV audio files to upload to Youtube??  Thanks if you can help with this question.  Best regards.
