I wouldn't bet 3 years on it - sure, it's likely, almost certain in our lifetimes that aging can be reversed, but not everything can be solved with one, or even a handful of discoveries. I believe that there's already enough resources for everyone to be better off nowadays - they are simply allocated mostly to the upper class, as they always have been - if aging can be reversed, it'll cost so much that only extremely high net worth individuals and people of power like some politicians will have access to it while the rest of humanity will only get less and less. No matter how many scientific discoveries are made, hardly anything will change for the common person until the class system is (mostly) equalised.
