How to Actually Achieve Your Goals in 2025 — Atomic Habits

Hello hello, it’s been a while..!

Been so busy year-end and honestly haven’t gotten the time to sink in and realign myself. But with the new year here, I’ve been reflecting on my goals and 2024—what worked, what didn’t, and how I can actually stay consistent this time.

I know I need a better system, so I dived into this book -- Atomic Habits... and found so much gold!! Hehe ☺️
So I figured that I should apply them into my own life for 2025, and share them with you guys as well. If you’ve ever struggled with sticking to your goals or felt like motivation alone isn’t enough, this one’s for you. Let’s break down the small changes that lead to big results :))
