Plain white helmets are more recognizable at a glance by your fellow motorists, they keep your head cool, and solid colors are cheaper than graphics. The downside, they can make you look like a stodgy old man with an air-cooled BMW!

My idea of “budget” is a bit different than a lot of these YouTube folks. “Under $400” isn’t a “budget friendly” price to me for a helmet😜.

My head is worth more than 400 so I always go with arais but if you think your head is worth less than 400 then id say hjc has one of the best at its price, same with agv k6 on sale. Never would I wear a thermoplastic/polycarb helmet they are all plastic garbages.
