I can't stop imagining the player being just this shadow being with not a lot of defining features that just sort of hovers over the character that they play like they are floating off the ground and sort of slunched over the head, mainly with their arms to the sides of the head
Just very menacingly and the character has no clue of this but the other characters see it but aren't able to draw any attention or say anything about it

A very subtle thing I don't think people have appreciated enough in this short is how the Player has a Chara blush. A good representation of how the actions of Frisk were the Player, Chara is just a stand in/avatar.
