The “WHO IS THIS” guy is actually kind of special among all of the performers. He is form one of more commonly known polish ethinic groups, living in Tatra mountains. The way he sings is typical regional style.
Btw it is amazing how many amazingly talented people will never get proper recognition just because they were born in the wrong place.
