Finally fixed my daughter's computer! Was new at Xmas, she never corrupted her old laptop but she allowed notification from some Cruddy website with the usual "you are I blocked that in chrome and thought to do a scan but all was missing (even from my Admin account) Thanks you!

Although, I do still have the Tamper Protection as "managed by your administrator" i Cab you link me a solution for this as I AM the administrator.... Many thanks

Thank you sir. The registry edit commands worked for me. Put them onto notepad and saved it as a batch file to make it faster and viola!

thank you! in my case it was third-party apps like Kaspersky, I don't know why but it was keeping me off from Virus and Threat protection.

I just recentely factory reseted my pc (deleted everything and completely restarted) after that i have this issue that i cant access some pages of windows defender, whenever i click some areas it even just exits the windows defender completely, i cant access core isolation page either, i did everything, bios settings, cmd commands, this video guide, everything, and nothing works, any help??

Heres some info and some stuff i did if it helps to understand better and solution:

i have windows 11 pro, only my microsoft account, no work or school, clean windows.

no other antivirus software besides windows defender.

connected with ethernet cable (high speed).

RTX 2070 Super Nvidia graphics card, 16 GB ram corsair.

i have Z390 Aorus elite motherboard (update version F8), at some point i thought of updating my motherboard frimware but i saw alot of people said its not recommended as it can break my motherboard completely, so i let it go.

my bios settings has X.M.P enabled, secure boot enabled, V-TD enabled (virtualization which took me ages to find), TPM enabled (2.0 and 1.3 ver).

i have latest windows updates and drivers, is there any other solution i can do? help please!
