In 2020 I was hospitalized after collapsing after exercising . I was rushed to the ER and was diagnosed with PE in both lungs. I underwent surgery to break up the clots and a mesh was installed. They were not sure how the blood clots developed as I had no history of blood clots. This was during the lockdown and I was exercising indoors. Upon discharge from the hospital I was placed on 5 mg Eliquis 2 times per day. In 2021 I started to experience spotting and then light bleeding (I am post menopausal with fibroids). A D&C was performed and it took care of the bleeding for a while. I told my hematologist that I believe it was from the Eliquis but she disagreed. I asked her to reduce the dosage, which she reluctantly did after I threatened to stop taking it altogether. In 2023 I started to bleed again. Another D&C was performed and a biopsy taken in February 2024 to see if there was any other problem (no cancer was detected). A month after the bleeding started again and gradually got worse. May 31 2024 the bleeding got even worse where I went from using pantiliners to maxi pads. Last week it got much worse where I had to use the thickest, longest pad that I could find, changing pads every hours. On June 29, I decided to stop taking the Eliquis and the bleeding gradually lessened and today, July 2, the bleeding has stopped.

I was researching how to naturally stop blood clots when I came across this video. I am happy I did because now I understand that blood glucose can cause blood clots. I was prediabetic before the pandemic and now my AIC is 7.1 and I believe this was what caused the blood clots. I was not taking anything for the diabetes but was controlling it with diet and exercise.

I just want to thank Ryan for this video and the information because I can now incorporate more of these remedies into my lifestyle. I used tumeric, cinnamon and ginger in a tea and I use garlic in my cooking. I used to make a garlic water, which I will resume making. I hope my experience will help someone. I decided to take my health into my own hands and not solely rely on doctors. Sorry this is so long but I hope it will help someone who might be having the same problem.

Brilliant! My sister is suffering from clots. Her platelets are higher than normal. They put her on a blood thinner and then she had internal bleeding. They took her off and she developed another clot in her arm this week. This may help save her life! She is going to ask her doctor for tests for inflammation and go on the diet. Greens have Vit. K which thickens blood, had a PE 18 years ago my Dr. told me to limit my intake of leafy greens.
Good thing I never eat them.
