Last year I had three interviews and I was getting no where. Out of the blue I received an interview invite to a position I didn’t apply for based upon the cert (federal position). I had four days to prepare. I watched your videos and used your script “Tell Me About Yourself” with a few minor tweaks to fit my experience. Before the interview ended, the director asked me to provide 3 references and a writing sample. I received and accepted the offer. Thank you so much sharing your knowledge and experience. I love answer option number 3. I have a second interview tomorrow for a Change Mangement role. I've used your stuff a lot. I will use number 3 and make some small changes to it based on the job description but not a lot. This is a very strong answer and when I use it in interviews they are often blown away. I literally spend hours and hours reciting it over and over to make sure that I have a strong command and control on it. This is very powerful in interviews! Thanks for posting these. I even use these when i'm not interviewing just to stay fresh on the skills of confident communicating.

Thank you for your videos. These helped me a lot. The last time i worked in office was in 2012. I got married in 2013 and gave birth in 2014. January 9 i was asked by a friend if i am interested to work in a recruiting agency as office staff. I was really hesitant because i am jobless for 10 years. But anyway i gave it a try.
