Animal Style French Fries

Everyone loves the animal style fries from InnOut. Here’s my take on them, and yes that’s homemade cheese sauce! 🍟🦁🐯🧀

Homemade fries
Secret sauce
Bacon onion jam

Cheese sauce
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1/2 cup milk
2 cups American cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
S&P

1) To make the cheese sauce, combine butter and flour and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to make a roux. Add milk, cook for another 3 minutes until smooth. Fold in your cheese, season with S&P
2) Top fries with bacon onion jam, cheese sauce, secret sauce
