my question, is this for Americas usage ? or is that for x-port only ? if this helps to benefit America this could be a good thing, but if this is all x-ports to improve China ? I might have a problem with that . China’s minister of agriculture and rural affairs, accounted that, every day, China’s 1.4 billion people consume a staggering 700, 000 tons of grain, 98, 000 tons of edible oil, 1.92 million tons of vegetables, and 230, 000 tons of meat. and according to Chinas laws " Foreign investors are not allowed to buy land in China. The land in China belongs to the state and the collectives". Canada accounts for the most foreign-owned land in the U.S. at 31 percent, followed by the Netherlands at 12 percent.

Ive been seeing so much crops and cow farms disappear in alarming rates in 3 years in southern California. Its all becoming warehouses. Where are the cows being taken? Why are the crops disappearing? No wonder everything is becoming expensive locally. The state is getting crowded and not decreasing, we need this crops and animals to eat.
