I'm actually helping my seasonal allergy symptoms with green tea. Really excited to add more nutritional yeast to my diet as well!

I've read that these beta glucans are also present in barley and oats. Does anyone know if they are as effective? By the way, thanks again to the nutrition facts team for all your hard work.

I used to suffer like a dog during allergy season (spring and fall), but after being plant-based for about three years now, my pollen allergies have completely disappeared. It's like I never had any. This was an unexpected co-benefit over and above curing my diverticulitis, kidney issues, sleep disorder, weight problem, and energy issues. If you're on the fence, just go plant-based for a month. See how you feel in 30 days, you'll be amazed.

A reminder that there now exists vaccines for seasonal allergies! I'm currently taking a seasonal allergies vaccine in pill form which i have to take every day for three years. 6 months in now and my seasonal allergies are pretty much gone!

Nutritional yeast stimulates an allergic reaction for me giving a mild asthmatic event. I keep clear of this, mushrooms and alcohol. Seems to work.
