Here in this Video we see the Definition of Algebraic Extension but before going to this we need to understand the basic term algebraic element over Field F. So we have base field F and its extension E. An element 'u' in E is said to be algebraic over F if there exists a non constant polynomial in f[x] such that u is the root of the polynomial.

Algebraic Extension : An Extension E is said to be algebraic over F if each element is algebraic over F.
