Once in meditation, I sort of felt something flapping rapidly like a hummingbird to the right side, then I *knew* - add a drop of lavender essential oil between the eyes before meditating. I thought that was my spirit Guide...

for sure, nice little short here. the higher planes don't appear as just different color lights to those accustom to the plane.. though everything is actually light anyway, to be sure. but to those existing and accustom to those planes, it is a very real and "solid" plane to them. IE the astral looks solid to an astral body, and so on. love the vids bro thanks for all the hard work!
