1/4 cup marinated artichoke
1 can tuna
50g cherry tomatoes halved
2 tbsp purple olives
2 tbsp dill pickles
2 tbsp green olives
1/4 cup swiss cheese cubes
10 slices mortadella
80g rice per person
1 tbsp mayonaise
drizzle olive oil

As an italian i LOVE rice salad but it is very important that the tuna is of good quality otherwise it ruins the whole dish

As Turkish, we can mix rice sometimes just as rice, sometimes as pilav with meat, vegetable, legume meals. Also sometimes, bulgur instead of rice....Also desert cooked with rice, milk and sugar called sütlaç...Even meals for babies by using rice flour and milk....
