On a grind day here's what I do-
Collect rent
Sell nightclub, guns, and acid
2 tow trucks
Restock all businesses and warehouses
Deploy 2x auto shop and bail agents and Rooster
Daily bounty, Photos, and ls tags
1 cayo hardmode
1 cluckin bell
3 salvage yard cars
2 more Tow trucks.
Then it's chill or repeat. Never a grind. Never broke.

For me as solo player:
1. Acid Lab - buy 2-3 supplies rather stealing supply and additional Dax phone call mission.

2. Bunker - buy 3 supplies and additional deliver contract (Chumash was best location).

3. Nightclub - is the best way to make millions and the downside was the goods accumulate are long, that Yohan Blare side mission will help and additional passive income based off popularity.

4. MC - is the best except the transportation on sale mission are darned but worth it. Plus vehicle services give $60K upon delivering after customizing.

5. Auto Shop - its decent to make money as solo player and additional client service which gives $20K-$80K and don't buy the staff, if you already then don't use it.

6. Freemode mission such as time trials (Normal, RC, HSW, Wildlife Photography, and Junk Energy).

7. Bail Bonds - is the best to make over $200K in all 3's alive.

8. Agency - is quite decent but the contracts are simple and Dr. Dre contract gives $1M.

9. VIP Work & Client Job - they do gives massive RP and decent money and if you completing long time, you'll get more to it.

10. Special Cargo & Vehicle Cargo - is ok to make money as solo, but its my at least to do grinding.

I have every business and every garage full of cars back upgraded, (hanger/arenawars included) and still have 50m i didn't really have anything to spend on, and honestly i never really played the game "to make money" i usually play it for fun and the money just comes in possibly because i don't have s money goal to grind twords i don't feel it's a grind, lately I've just been trying to do the career progress and that's where making my money is coming from, but don't feel you have to make more and more money, just play the game and the money comes naturally

i find with the dre contract having a quad lens helmet with the thermal predator vision helped out a lot in the studio and hanger shootouts

Bunker, acid lab, garment factory missions, tow truck two vehicles a day. Export for my office 48k, deliver ammunation 48k.and run crates.

For me, my top 3 in order are the Acid Lab, Agency things (Dre contract, celeb contracts, and pay phone hits), and then Cayo.

Cayo was my number one, but the nerfs in my opinion were too much. I think an hour and a half cooldown is more than fair, but two and half? Get outta here R*. Not to mention all of the stupid common primary targets getting nerfed. Granted, they put it more in line with the Casino heist, but it still feels like R* only did this because they hate solo players.

Nice list. I do a lot of these things. Play ability is a good point. Sometimes I get tired of doing the same missions and find other things to do. For example, I'm burned out on Cayo, but I can still make 1.5 million in a day because of passive business (Nightclub) and my PC is on all day with a mouse giggler so I don't get kicked. I usually play the business that is making 2x or 3x, but lately they haven't been doing businesses.

Actually nowadays, salvage yard vehicle robberies make money faster than crate warehouses because in a week you can do 3 vehicle robberies and also has the limited time ability to claim the robbery car for yourself for 20k or 10k (if you have the document forgery mc business). All 3 vehicle robberies in a regular week total together is close to a million; you better want to get your hands on a salvage yard now to get started

Auto shop for them low levels. Max out cars were if u go to the pay and spray shop u have to be a Pacific level. If that's how u as it 😂

I completely canceled my MCs, Complete L business, comple sh designed mission, I dont want wadte myblife to sell 4 boat back forward back forward just for 150k. I rage quited game so many times because lester calls for mc bylusiness raids. Such a stupid sh, Sh game designing. From stash house i always get supply for bunker or acid, I dont do missions for these 2 business, Because i closed mcs, stash giving me bunker acid supplies only.
I have only 2 hour time to play this game in 1 day, why should i waste my 48 mints to sell sh designed post op back forward in private only session ? Mc club need design rvision as fast as possible.
Give always 1 sell car for 150, 180k sells.
