My first time ever playing live poker at my local casino I made a similar mistake as Tilly. Had 66 and the board played out 7-7-4-5-6, with the river 6 being the 6 of clubs and completing a potential flush draw (there were 2 other clubs on board.) I was so nervous and in realizing that pretty much every single flush/straight draw got there on the end, that in my mind I only had a set of 6s when in reality I had a house which obviously beats all said draws lol. Was pretty embarrassed afterwards.

What is the hand with Jacobson doing on this list? Sure, it´s a bit of a punt, but it happens all the time. Maybe not to players that are that good, but the other hands are laughable while Jacobson´s bluff is a misstep.

That would have been a sick check back if he was trapping the river with quad kings !

The reason Pobal had to sit out a round ("orbit") for checking the river and Tilly didn't was because Pobal had the "exclusive nuts", which means there was no possible hand that could beat him. Tilly could have been second to hands such as KK or KJ. The rule exists to help prevent collusion. If I have the exclusive nuts I wouldn't want to bet against my partner if we were the only two left in the hand.
