Possessives in English indicate belonging or possession.
Possessives are forms we use in sentences to indicate belonging, possessions and relationships between things and people.
Some examples of possessive adjectives:
Hello, welcome to our garden!
This is my wife.
His name is Charly.
These are our two children.
These are our two cars
Nick, who is playing with her red car.
Do you have any idea where your car is?
List of possessive adjectives:
MY
YOUR
HIS
HER
ITS
OUR
THEIR
Possessives can also be: nouns, pronouns and question. We used some of them in this video. Can you find them?
