I am very thankful to you for presenting this informative video though i viewed this only today.
I am aged 74 years . I am taking Metformin 500 mg for the last 8 years. 3 months back, I underwent TURP for BPE. After successful TURP procedure, for post operative care, Dutasteride capsule 0.5 mg was prescribed and I am taking this continuously. Earlier during clinical evaluation for TURP procedure, I was diagnosed with High BP and was prescribed Olmefest 40 mg, Amlong 5 mg and Moxovas 0.3 mg and i am taking these medicines after the surgery. Now for the last 2 weeks, I am getting my heart beating very fast during night time and it subsides nearly after 20 minutes or so and lot of burp is released. This happens in 2 to 3 episodes disturbing my sleep. Could you advise on my heart palpitation?

On twice a day Actrapid and Insulatard ( 15+15 units ), of late Hypertensive Crisis ( 180-190 ) was detected so Telma 20, 1 tablet daily. 38y/m moderate bulit men prescribed with T.Amlodipine 5mg BD for Hypertension.After that he devolped leg swelling then changed to Tab.Enalapril 2.5mg OD with Tab.Telma 40mg 1/2 BD, then he comlain dry cough.After that he changed to Tab.Atenolo 25mg 1/2 BD with Tab.Telma 40mg 1/2 BD..now he complain salty sensation of tongue and Right arm pain(which subside with painkiller but recurrence occur)..does atenolo cause arm pain ????His electrolytes, Cbc, urea, creatimine,lipid profile, ECG were Normal

If there is leg edema in patient taking Amlodipine but rule out other causes hence suspect Amlodipine as the culprit.. what to do ( decrease dose of medication/ wait and watch / change the medication)?
