Not sure why that competing background sound track of 'music' was necessary. For me it's an unnecessary distraction that makes it harder to understand what's being taught. Do you really need to include it?

I was taking Doxazosin morning because, I felt that it was already low sleeping so I should take it on the daytime my blood pressure is higher. Taking in the morning my numbers were erratic and too high through the day. I started taking at night and my numbers became moderate and balanced, and lower throughout the day. I went from 140 weekly average to 125 weekly average. Night time made a big difference for me. and this is with a ambulatory tester.

Well done! I always had my doubts about this study! I took diltiazem and metoprolol for years in the daytime, then switched to before bedtime after i heard about this study and my BP went up as a result!

Fantastic video, hope to see more like it. Even if the study is controversial, what is the big deal? Switching to taking BP meds at night instead of in the morning should not be any sweat off one's back, for a possible bonus benefit.

I think take it at night, prevent from dropping dead in sleep. Daytime you're aware it's coming and conscious of doing something about it. Maybe I'm totally wrong.

I take it at night because it makes me sleepy

So this is a pointless video. Nothing conclusive so may as well stick to hygis in the absence of any more convincing study sayimg something different
