This should have been on the top of my YT search list when I was looking for Version Control Tutorial in Unity.

I feel like they should have talked a bit more about Git LFS. After all, it only really helps with things like texture (images), model-files, scene files, and other large files. Basically, Git doesn't do well, with things like binary files and assets that are still being worked on. And, by "doesn't do well", what I mean is, the size of the repo will get bloated very quickly, which affects things like clones and merges. LFS helps alleviate a lot of these issues, which is why I think its necessary for Unity Projects by default.

In Unity 2020 there is a dedicated tab for Version Control, the option is not in "Editor" anymore

you should have this voice actress (director) voice all your technical videos, it's obvious she understands what's she saying and the tone makes it easy for longer listening, if anyone has issues with the accent they can always read the close captions

Funny, I installed Unity v. 2020.1.7f and under 'Project Settings'-"Editor' I don't have 'Version Control' :))) WHY??? It's just missing

i followed exactly. git kraken spewing errors when trying first commit. gotta love the programmer struggle.. oh and after trying to reset it to try again, kraken deleted a big portion of my project. always make backups!
