On May 5th, 2022. Officers responded to the scene of a nasty car crash in which a lady needed urgent transport to the hospital. It was said that a man ran a red light and collided into the oncoming vehicle. The man was completely at fault. When the accident happened the man immediately got into a random passengers car and took off. He later returned to the scene and said he wanted to get his mom. The man was identified as “Richard”.

This guy really thinks he's going to get insurance on that car after he caused an accident, fled the scene, has been denied insurance in the past, and has no license. Pro tip for anyone that doesn't know: insurance companies are the ones that decide if they will do business with you. Just because you have money doesn't mean they will insure you.
