This probably proves it that the NPCs in the game are programed to intentionally go in front of you with full intent of sabotaging your goal with or without a vehicle.

Have you forgotten that fact when you drive in high speed, npc cars in other side will immediately try to crash on you
Say, for example.
You’re in highway . And have high speed in right side of the road and none in your lines . Then when you nearly almost between you and other npc car, they immediately try to block your path to result of you being crashed or worst. Death.
