Been doing this with ornn long time already, no trades early on focus on farming so you can rush tabis+warmog and practically live at the lane. A heartsteel to just perma fight and scale and boom. The enemy toplaner can't do shit cause he's not only down in cs but towers too (this if you actually know a bit of wave control and keep visión at bay so the jg doesn't kill you)

I just noticed that Heartsteel's charges also proc Warmog's passive and mann, if you are ahead, Rush Heartsteel + Warmog second, and you become unkillable.
