How Does Quicksilver Not Kill Anyone?

i cannot remember where i came across this, but i believe that it was said that one of his mutant abilities was that there was an aura of sorts around him that negated all effects of his speed whenever he was moving fast, which is why he also saw the world so slowly and why he doesn't kill people when saving them (except for whiplash)

Heard a theory some years ago that quicksilver's secondary power must be inertia control. Seems to explain how he's moving while carrying people at high speeds with them looking like mannequins.

Im not sure but im pretty sure that according to comics and creators/writers of Quicksilver, he isn’t moving quickly because that is not his ability. His ability is actually too slow down everything everywhere all at once.

I just always figured that he’s slowing down time for himself so when he grabs people and stuff like that it doesn’t do anything because he’s moving normally in slowed time as opposed to him moving fast in real time
