Can Quicksilver Control Time?

Based on the movie's implementation he'd have to be able to control time. Look at the kitchen scene in days of future past. He experiences time dilation before beginning any movement relative to those around him.

His superpower is not only running and moving really fast. He can also think very fast.
The slow motion scenes are just a way to show us the world from his perspective due to him being able to process so much information so quickly.

Also when he takes Mystique to MAgneto, he says "I can't get us in there, the magnetic field is too strong", which kinda makes sens, that he knows about force and stuff and can control it

That bubble thing at the end kinda makes sense. I'd like to think that surrounded Quicksilver is a thin layer that separate him from the outside world time. Time flows normal for QS inside this layer but faster than the outside around 100, 000 times. Anything that comes in contact with this layer is dragged into and experience the same time flow. That's how he is able to move really fast without friction and he can interact with other as well. When things move further away from him, the effect is lost and the normal physics rules apply again. It also explains how he's able to hear music.

3:56 Throughout this scene are many points that show this isn't an issue for him. He can speed up or slow down almost infinitely, changing the speed he's moving at incredibly small intervals. Like when he runs up the floor as the explosion is lifting it up. He would have to vary his speed incredibly to make this possible. Or when he kicks the table out of the window and rides it, despite being able to speed up and move faster than the table he just kicked. So, as he is "slamming" the person on the bed, he is being careful to slow down his movements enough for a tiny fraction of time to place them on the bed without harm

Also, I don't think the guards were blown back at 4:18. We don't know what he did as he went through that hall, he probably just poked each guard, did a little moonwalk, and ran back into the prison to grab a bite of that food he brought down in the first place.

One odd thing, he doesn't seem to effect the world around him much as he moves through it at those high speeds. Otherwise, sonic booms would erupt from him constantly, creating massive shock waves and damage everywhere he went. I would think movements like his would cause severe disruption around the planet

Imagine sitting in a car going as fast as Quicksilver, you wouldn't be able to take in all the details of your journey. Quicksilver can, which means not only can he run super fast, he can think super fast. He could just speed up a film, watch it in a minute and perfectly understand what happened. He could make homework in seconds.

Wait this doesn't make sense because he is running with students and the students don't catch on fire either so maybe quicksilver has the power to temporarily give them one of his powers or also make them faze

I always thought that Quicksilver did something to those guards during that amount of time as he ran past. He just sort of left Magneto floating there, messed around, then continued to the elevatorm
