Going Topless - Miata ND Soft Top VS RF

It's a tough choice for the new Miata. Which do you like better, soft top or RF?

I have a 2019 RF, I love it and the looks you get opening it up at red lights. Plus with winters were I live I wanted the added security and durability.

Soft top all day long- at least here in sunny Spain with 320+ days of sunshine per year. I'd buy the RF if the hard roof folded completely flat then it would fantastic- the best of both worlds!

The RF is super cool but I went for the soft top. It's better down than the RF, and you don't have the pillar creating a blind spot.

Rf is more like a sunroof really. That's why I like soft tops. It just feels more free

Don't forget if you get some modules you can open it with one touch, using your fob and set the speed it stops at (up to 40kph!)

I have a 2017 crystal white pearl rf. Love it, choose rf because of the security of a hard top and I seen a pic of a treee failing on a soft top nd and the guy was lucky he wasn’t in the car otherwise crushed. So I got the rf just in case anything falls on the roof

Love my daily 2016 Club soft top in 4 season Northern Illinois. Don't let the cold weather stop you from putting the top down. Winter tires make it a year round fun car. Some of the worst weather I've driven thru is with this car. Still looks great too.
