Hey I have a question regarding contract termination. I am in an apartment for the past two months and I want to move out, as i found another apartment.

In my contract there is no mention of termination notice period. My roomates say that I have to pay for the next 3 months rent if no one takes the apartment. Does this mean I really have to pay it even if its not mentioned in the contract?

Another thing is that I have signed 2 copies of the contract and was told that I will recieve a copy of a contract after the tenant signs it. Its been two months and I never got the contract back.

Thank you!

Hi i have been in this business since 1986 the number of times i have come across this is beyond believe mould is caused my warm air condensing on a cols surface and the multiple times i have been to properties that have been drying there washing in on their radiators as it costs too much in electricity where is the water from the clothes going to go ON YOUR WALLS CAUSING MOULD they don't use a tumble drier as it cost so much money not opening there windows setting there heating too high not heating all the rooms equally if not using them and when they open there doors all the warm air in the not heated rooms condensed on the cold walls look in to a new air anti condensation unit with a heater attached it sits in your loft space and pulls cool air heated to the right temperature and positively pushes it in to your property pushing the moisture out in to all the gaps and windows and doors wen you decide to open them don't blame landlords unless there is a positive water leak proven or its your fault i really feel sorry for landlords and land ladies who are taken to court by stupid Tennent's single mums with a children are most to blame
