Zone Offense vs 2-3 Zone Defense

This super simple zone offense will get your team more points against a 2-3 zone.

Keys to success: The timing on the ball screen from ‘4’ is important but the biggest key is ‘5’ must get in front of and occupy the middle defender (see the detailed breakdown in the video below).

Elapsed Time: 3-5 seconds.

Helpful Drills: Reading defense drills; Shooting drills; Passing drills.
